By the tradition of pantomime, a fairy Godmother watches over the
birth of pretty baby girls, but in this special instance, surely the Genii of the lamp must have been the attendant magic
deity. The Magical Claudine is the daughter of the most famous Abanazar.
Her father was Claude Chandler, Honorary Vice President of the
Magic Circle, who in a long and distinguished conjuring and ventriloquial career many times graced the pantomime stage as
Abanazar in Aladdin.
Please browse through the site and read the articles which follow my career
through international magician and entertainer, novice within the convent of the Poor Clares and embroideress. The latter
takes up most of my time now and feel free to look at the 'Contact' page for an inventory of what I can offer!
The 'About Me' page includes an article published in the book
'Those Beautiful Dames' by Frances I Marshall (pub. Magic, Inc - 1984) for those more intrigued by my magical past!
